It wouldn’t be convenient if we didn’t get you what you wanted as quickly as possible.    We process and ship all orders within 24 hours.  All orders sent by 1PM PST will be processed and shipped that business day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
 
We love everything we sell and hope you will too.
 In the case that you don't, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to send it back to us.  When you receive your items, please save all the packaging that it comes in and simply re-use it to send any new, unused items back to us.

    Our Shipping Policy

    Orders are processed within 24 hours. All orders sent by 1PM PST will be processed and shipped that business day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Certain delays may occur pending availability and credit verification.

    PLEASE KEEP all shipping receipts and ALL PACKAGING.

    Broome St. General & Co. is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Broome St. General & Co. is not responsible for courier-related issues, such as clearance delays. Please directly contact the selected carrier. Broome St. General & Co. is not responsible if a package was not able to be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery.


    Delivery of Freight. Furniture and Oversized Objects
    Unless noted otherwise all furniture, bulky and heavy products are shipped via Freight Curbside/Driveway Only delivery. Please, make sure to be onsite to receive and sign for the delivery. Most freight carriers operate between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Do not use sharp objects such a knife to open cartons as you risk damaging the furniture. Please inspect your package(s) at the time of delivery and only accept merchandise received in good condition. The outer boxes must be inspected carefully and any damage to the boxes and additional packaging materials must be noted on the delivery receipt. Shipping documents should not be signed without recording details of transit damage.

    Damages & Claims

    If something arrives damaged, please go to your account and file a Damage Claim. Claims must be filed in full within 48 hours of delivery and require that digital photos be attached. Without these items, we cannot process a claim. Failure to do so will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information that allows the shipper to contact you when shipment is made. Title and risk of loss transfer to you at the time we deliver any product you purchase to the applicable common carrier. You will be responsible for all shipping and related charges in the event you refuse a shipment for any reason. By confirming these Conditions, the customer agrees to pay postage in case of returns for incomplete or incorrect addresses, as well as shipments not claimed on time. If a second shipment is necessary, costs will be charged to the account of the customer. Broome St. General & Co. will not be held responsible for the costs derived from second shipments. Broome St. General & Co. is not responsible for duty, brokerage, or any additional fees due at the destination. International shipping rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

    Where does Broome St. General & Co. ship?

    We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

    Do you ship Internationally?

    We can ship to most countries, however it adds an additional 72 hours to your order processing. Please send us an email (customerservice@BroomeStGeneral.com) if you would like your order shipped internationally.   We will be happy to assist you and prepare a tailored quote for you. Some restrictions apply.

    How do you ship orders?

    We ship to you finding the fastest route we can. So we ship via USPS Priority, FEDEX, UPS, OnTrac and DHL.

    How do I get my order faster?

    You can choose expedited shipping at checkout. Rates are calculated at the time of purchase and are based on: weight and/or volume of selected articles and the delivery address.
