Do you still have a shop in Japan?
Not at the moment. We had a Shop-in-Shop for the launch of editorial darling CPCM, located in Shibuya, Tokyo. Our pop-up engagement ran from November 2015-February 2016.
How quickly will my order ship?
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. We're a small but mighty team... so we'll definitely be in touch if it may take longer.
During the Holiday Season it may take up to 5-7 business days to ship your order.

How much will shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders > $175
Orders under $60 are charged $8.95
Orders between $60-$150 are charged $14.95

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Please email us email@example.com and we'll do our best to make it happen!
We can ship to most countries, however it adds an additional 72 hours to your order processing. Some restrictions apply.
Where does Broome St. General & Co. ship?
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii fulfillment is coming soon!
What is the last day to place an order for Holiday Delivery?
For Ground Shipping: Monday, December 13th, 2021
For Express Shipping: Friday, December 17th, 2021
How can I cancel my order?
We offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations as long as your order has not shipped.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
Cancellation requests that are packed may incur a restocking fee of 5%.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Wow. That would be a tremendous fail. Please email us email@example.com to make it right!
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Definitely let us know asap by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll handle it asap!
Can I return my online purchase one of your shops?
At this time we are unable to process online returns in-store. There will be about a 2-3 day delay in return processing when bringing an online return to the shop.

Do you offer price adjustments?
At this time we do not offer retroactive price adjustments.
We will occasionally have special promotions and end of season sales so please create an account hereto sign up to receive information about those events!
Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed?
If we have not shipped your original order, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments and send us an email to email@example.com with your order numbers.
Can I pick up my items in stores?
In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. If an item is unavailable at your selected store, please note the item must be removed in order to proceed with checkout for in-store pick up. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer in-store pick-up and online fulfillment in a single order.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we accept returns on select items within 7 days of receipt. Please view our RETURN POLICY to see if your items are eligible for a refund.
Items must be postmarked by the 7th day to be eligible for a refund. Please Log-In to you account to begin a return for your order.
How do I return my something from my order?
Log-in to your account to initiate the return process. Returns must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
You can print and download your return label from your account.
Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging (including protective wrap and outer box) and include your completed return form.

Do you offer Free Returns?
We wish we could! But as a small Mom & Pop, we cannot offer free return shipping just yet. The cost of shipping your item back to us will be deducted from your refund amount.
Are there items that I can't return?
The following items are Final Sale: custom orders, pantry/ edible items, ingestible-wellness, make-up, vintage items, flash sale or promotional items, furniture, artwork, books, sale items, and certain lighting and cannot be returned for a refund.
All Jewelry purchases are non-refundable and qualify for an electronic store credit or exchange only. If you'd prefer to have a credit to one of our physical store locations, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I bring my items one of the stores to return?
We'd love to make that happen... but our online orders are processed separately from our shops. Please Log-In to your account to initiate your return and we'll take it from there!
