Junior Digital Content Coordinator

JR. DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR is responsible for content management and executes social media strategy & marketing plans across all digital platforms.

This is a PT virtual position (20 hours/week). The ideal candidate resides in the Los Angeles or Honolulu Metropolitan Area.

Only fully-vaccinated candidates who reside in Los Angeles Metro & Honolulu County will be considered. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage social media accounts including daily posting (weekends included) and community management on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok & emerging platforms
  • Manage social media & digital marketing calendars seamlessly
  • Assist with social media campaigns, email marketing, affiliate programs, and digital advertising
  • Ensure all digital content: copywriting, images & video- are on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice
  • Oversee community management: engage with followers, customers & requests in a timely manner
  • Oversee & manage all digital creative assets (download, catalog, organize & prepare)
  • Report on digital engagement & campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with updates in functionality & features across all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous digital marketing experience 
  • Great organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, able to prioritize, and multi-task
  • Proven experience in efficiently running timelines and project plans in cross-departmental marketing initiatives
  • Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok
  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Shopify, MailChimp (or similar email marketing platform)
  • Proficient in affiliate marketing
